Batter Stabilizer

CUSTOM-Emul is an instant batter stabilizer specially curated for the production of cakes and similar aerated bakery products. This finely powdered batter stabilizer allows the "all-in" method, in which incorporated air is maximized, evenly distributed, and stabilized in the batter during baking, allowing for an even crumb and larger cake volumes. Therefore, Custom-EMUL BS is the ideal help in all-in mixing for sponge cakes, pound cakes, genoise and Swiss rolls.
