Sunflower Oil Powder
Sunflower Oil Powder (Custom-NutriHIFAT 80S) is a nutritional lipid powder produced by Custom Food Group's unique micro-encapsulation technology. It contains up to 80% refined sunflower oil which is considered a nutrient-dense fat source and widely used as a source of unsaturated fat in the diet to replace saturated fats. Custom-NutriHIFAT 80S is a nutritional enhancer which contains a substantial amount of linoleic acid (an omega-6 fatty acid) and oleic acid (omega-9 fatty acid) that provides certain health benefits as part of an overall balanced diet. There are two types of sunflower fat powder available - High Oleic Sunflower (Monounsaturated Fat) Fat Powder and Linoleic Sunflower (Polyunsaturated Fat) Fat Powder.
